The Strategic Housing and Investment Team are responsible for overseeing Sefton’s strategic housing function, including housing investment activity. The team also has responsibilities for housing growth in the borough and for leading the establishment of the Council Housing Programme.
Job requirements:
Working as part of a small team in this role you will take responsibility for a range of strategic housing work including monitoring delivery of the borough’s Housing Strategy, delivery of projects and liaising with partner organisations, members and residents.
We are particularly looking for someone with good data management skills in order to ensure that delivery of our housing ambitions is based on sound evidence and data.
