Building Services – Principal Building Maintenance Officer – Grade J (£45,718 - £48,710)

Property & Building Services provides a range of services aimed at maintaining and improving corporate buildings and schools for the people and communities of Sefton.  In order to meet future challenges across this diverse service area, we are looking to appoint a self-motivated, suitably qualified and experienced Principal Building Maintenance Officer - to lead our Building Maintenance services.

We are seeking a proactive and competent manager who can direct and lead the respective team in providing a full range of building maintenance services.  We are looking for a forward-thinking individual who is technically strong and will take responsibility for delivery of key services and relevant work programmes to optimise efficiency.  You must be able to plan and manage all activities associated with the respective service area, including all associated work programmes and budgets.
