We are delighted to offer the opportunity for an enthusiastic and talented individual to take on the varied and exciting role of Inclusion Support Worker within Sefton Inclusion Services’ Social Communication team. A key aspect of the role is modelling and coaching school staff, delivering training and support groups, and working closely with parents, young people and other professionals.
This exciting new service very much views autism as a “difference not a deficit”. All staff have a passion for inclusion and a desire to make a difference even when situations are challenging. The role requires someone who is passionate about and has exceptional knowledge and hands on experience of children with autism.
