The team that you will join is, amongst other things, responsible for debt collection for the Council. You have a Legal qualification such as ILEX or a law degree and / or experience of working in a legal practice. You will have significant experience of property law with experience of drafting statutory notices, orders and other legal documentation particularly enforced sales. You will have experience of working as part of a team, to assist others with administrative and professional work, to achieve team objectives and adhere to court imposed timetables.
