Your new opportunity
An exciting opportunity has become available as Head of Operational Inhouse Services.
You will have overall responsibility for developing the operational service areas and leading the strategic development of the service to ensure delivery of efficient and effective services in line with best practice and statutory guidelines.
Responsibility encompasses the provision of a wide range of statutory and non-statutory services to residents and organisations, within existing budgets, and against relevant deadlines and timescales.
You will provide leadership and direction for the service, bring about change where required and manage operational assets in line with the Councils priorities and vision. Maintaining a customer focus with a relentless pursuit of excellent outcomes, you will also create and sustain partnerships and networks to build resilience.
Working closely with elected councillors especially Cabinet members, you will support them in undertaking their community leadership and policy and decision-making roles.
