Job requirements:

Sefton community Learning Service require a site co-ordinator; 36 hours per week. This is an existing role within the Service which has now become available. If you would like to become a member of our team and work within a friendly, vibrant yet demanding environment we want to hear from you. You will be an active member of the Building User group at Cambridge Road Adult Learning Centre with responsibilities for supporting the departments who use the building to deliver a range of Services to members of the public.

You will be responsible for opening and closing the building and to ensure that the facility is kept safe and secure, ensuring that all health and safety statutory requirements are undertaken to maintain the health and wellbeing of all client user groups.

You will be responsible for liaising with Council building compliance and maintenance services ensuring maintenance and repairs to the building are completed within the allocated budget. This role may involve working ‘out of hours’, annual leave cover and possible weekends, and will report directly to the Community Learning Manager.
