An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Sefton’s ICT Client team as it continues its digital transformation journey.  This post offers an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to support the delivery of effective ICT Services across Sefton, working in partnership with both Operational Services and the Managed ICT Service Provider.

You will support the Service Delivery lead in the ICT Client Team to effectively manage the delivery of the operational ICT Service, to ensure that this delivers key Council Outcomes and offers value for money.

You will hold a relevant ICT qualification coupled with prior experience of working in an ICT environment.  Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential as well as a working knowledge of relevant legislation and industry best practice.
