We are looking to recruit x 3 Business support assistants for our Family Wellbeing centres in Sefton. We are looking for applicants to apply for these posts who will provide a welcoming first point of contact, whether face to face, telephone, e-mail or via social media for our families and who would promote a wide range of needs they can access at the family centres. Providing information advice and assistance including how to access services across the community, third sector, local authority and health.
Also, the expectation would be to provide a wide range of financial support including petty cash, monitoring systems, a knowledge of Microsoft Office, data input and administration duties, supporting the centre staff and area manager. You must be flexible in your approach as you may be asked to cover other centres as and when needed. The successful candidate will need to have a full DBS check.
