Are you passionate about improving the lives of children and young people with Special Educational Needs?

Working as Lead SEN & Inclusion Strategy Officer some of your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Providing Team Leaders within the SEN Service the information needed to review and develop strategy, policy and provision in relation to children with additional or different needs to meet local and national initiatives (currently the development of the local offer, personal budgets and birth to 25 single education, health and care plans).
  • Ensuring that high level needs resources and commissioned places are most efficiently matched to need, through planning, robust contractual arrangements and regular review.

This is a rare opportunity to join a positive, supportive and forward-thinking team of people who are committed to ensuring that quality services are provided to our children and young people with SEN.
