36 hours - Fixed term 20 months

Apprenticeships are high quality, work-based training programmes for people who want to develop their prospects and career.  The programme provides work-based training to young people and adults who want to learn new skills and gain qualifications while working.

Regeneration & Housing are looking to recruit an Apprentice who is committed and motivated to complete the programme.

Your duties will include; general administrative support to the Housing Standards Team in relation to the Housing Licensing schemes.  This will include answering the telephone, scanning/photocopying documents, data input and typing notes on request.  Assisting in the production of reports from specialised ICT systems, data checking and cleansing.  Assisting with the promotion of the Council’s Housing Licensing Schemes.

This post will be based at Magdalen House, Trinity Road, Bootle L20 3NJ.
