Sessional Tutors - Accredited & Non-Accredited Programmes
Sefton Community Learning Service are currently seeking highly motivated Tutors to be based at our Cambridge Road centre with an expertise in remote learning to join our successful team. We require Sessional Tutors to deliver courses in:
- Family Learning (including Crafts, English and maths)
- First Aid
- Employability Skills
- Holistic Therapies
- Sign Language
- Hair and Beauty
From September 2021
- Education and Training
Experience of teaching adult learners to gain a qualification is essential for the accredited programmes.
Experience of teaching adult learners to gain a qualification is essential for the accredited programmes. Candidates must have the ability to plan, deliver and assess learning using creative, learner-centred strategies and resources through a range of delivery models including face-to-face, online, blended learning and workshops. Candidates will have experience of using Zoom or other online learning platforms and be highly committed to delivering high quality teaching in a fast-paced environment with a targeted focus on meeting learners’ needs and enabling all learners to achieve their full potential. The hours will be variable and based upon demand for courses.
The hours will be variable and based upon the number of courses requested by partners. Hours could be zero on occasion and substantial at other times
