Sefton Community Learning Service require Sessional Tutors to deliver courses in:
- ESOL
- Food Safety
- First Aid
- Hospitality & Catering
- Employability
- Teaching Assistant
- Sewing/Soft Furnishings
- Horticulture
- English
- Maths
- Child Development
- ICT/Digital photography
- ICT including coding and web design
- Holistic Therapies
- Sign language
Experience of teaching adult learners to gain a qualification is essential for the accredited programmes. The successful candidate must have the ability to assess learners’ needs, design and deliver learning programmes and possess the commitment to enable all learners to achieve their full potential. The hours will be variable and based upon the number of courses requested by partners. Hours could be zero on occasion and substantial at other times.
At the interview candidates will be expected to deliver a 15-minute micro teach.
