Located in the idyllic Crosby Coastal Park on the Mersey Estuary, the UK’s premier water sports, conferencing & events centre requires an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to work as part of the front of house team at Crosby Lakeside Adventure Centre.
Since its grand opening in July 2010, Lakeside has received a number of outstanding reviews and has developed an enviable reputation for its high customer service. We are looking for an individual with the experience and ability to improve upon these already impressive standards of service.
Alongside its industry leading sports and leisure provision, Lakeside boasts 14 luxury, fully accessible double bedrooms, a hugely popular bar and bistro, excellent conference and meeting facilities and caters for a range of private functions and events including weddings, christenings and parties.
The post which is critical to the successful operation of Crosby Lakeside requires a skilled and highly committed individual who is able to act as a host at Lakeside and will be dedicated to delivering excellent Customer Care on a daily basis to our vast cliental.
Main responsibilities will include greeting clients, dealing with enquiries face to face and over the telephone as well as taking bookings and reconciling all monies at the end of the shift.
The salary is all encompassing and inclusive of unsocial hours payment, shift pay, and weekend enhancements. As the post is casual available hours will vary around holidays, sickness absence and the needs of the service
