Panel Administrator – Fostering & Adoption Service
36:00 hours per week (Monday – Friday)

Applications are invited for the above post. This post provides an exciting opportunity to join the Fostering and Adoption service based at the above address.
The main duties are to provide full administration and minute taking to the Fostering and Adoption service. The post holder will also be required to provide administration support to the Looked After Children Service which includes the minuting of all panels, Permanence Planning Meetings, Legal Gateway, Adoption preparation and planning meetings.
The nature of the work of the team, the post holder must be able to deal with highly confidential and extremely sensitive information. The post holder will also be required to communicate with social work teams and professionals both face to face and via telephone, at times this can be regarding sensitive issues.
The post holder will require a high level of accuracy and coordination in ensuring panels are administered to a high standard.
