Operations Assistant – Casual

The role involves working on a busy reception. You must demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of good customer care and be able to communicate well with all age groups. You must be calm under pressure, confident, outgoing and enthusiastic.

Duties of this role include

Ensure the wellbeing of customers. Cashier duties ensuring that all monies received are correctly dealt with. Answering the telephone and dealing with customer enquiries. building you will be required to You will be required to set up and take down equipment’s for events/activities  

Ad hoc Cleaning will be required as and when to ensure that the building is presented as a first-class facility.

You must also be able to work outside normal office hours including weekends. This is a casual post as and when required. You must be flexible.
