Exciting opportunities have arisen in Adult Social Care Service within Sefton Council. Sefton are looking for Social Workers for both the South and Triage Teams.

As a qualified social worker, you will contribute to the operational delivery of an effective Adult Social Care service as part of a team responsible for promoting the welfare of and continuously improving outcomes for individuals.

You will be responsible for delivering high quality assessments and support plans that address the needs of vulnerable people through the commissioning of individual packages of care, whilst managing the reputation of the Council.
