Home Support Worker Team

We are committed to creating a team that will be providing direct care and support to a child in a home setting and in the community. If you have the right skills and experience, then this could be the position for you.

Care is required and will be provided on a rota basis and includes weekend working. Your contract will be for an initial period of 6 months and is complimented by generous rates of pay and enhanced pay for weekend working.

Hours of work vary over term and non-term-time, and include morning, evening and weekend shifts so hours are variable but this opportunity provides for regular hours as part of an established rota, generous pay rates and enhanced pay at weekends - plus you will be working 2:1 with another support worker on every shift

Your care and support will allow a young boy to remain at home with his grandparent by providing personal care, feeding, interaction and play.

Reliability, continuity, initiative, good interpersonal skills and a genuine interest and commitment to meeting the needs of disabled children is essential for what is a very rewarding role.
