Secondary 11-19 Improvement Adviser
Full time / Permanent
The successful applicant will have key accountability and responsibility for the delivery and strategic development within the area of school improvement (Secondary) with the ability to lead other areas as required.
Levels of achievement to be raised, with specific responsibility for raising standards in accordance with the Sefton Vision Outcomes Framework and the Councils Core Purpose.
You will have established and evidenced practice as an outstanding teacher and leader over a prolonged period beyond your own classroom, have excellent communication skills and in-depth knowledge of formulating and implementing improvement policies and strategies.
