A fantastic opportunity has arisen for qualified and experienced social workers within our Adult Social Care South and Triage Teams to make a real difference to the people and communities we serve, now and for the future.

As Lead Practitioner some of your responsibilities will include the following:

To promote a strengths-based approach with local community solutions

To uphold and improve standards of practise within the service

To provide advice and development through supervision: practice educator roles: coaching and observing practice

Leading areas of responsibility across the service
