Introducing ourselves:

Sefton’s Building & Home Improvement Services is seeking to appoint an experienced Administrator with experience of updating and maintaining systems. This role involves dealing with various administrative duties as required throughout the Disabled Facilities Grant process. Included in this role is taking and processing calls through the Building maintenance Service Helpdesk in accordance with recognised procedures and time frames.

Job Requirements:

The post holder will be required to provide a borough wide service to all our customers. Practical experience of administration, updating case files and dealing with customers and contractors enquiries is essential, along with an ability to communicate with a wide and varied customer base. Internal and external liaison with the various parties involved in delivering this key customer service. We are looking for a highly organised individual with a strong customer focus and ability to use their initiative, work with limited supervision and accept responsibility for their work.

Experience of working with older people and/or people with disabilities is desirable along with a genuine commitment to working to high standards and providing a quality service at all times.
