Your new opportunity
Communications is vital to the Council’s success. We need to be bold and innovative, develop existing audiences and reach new audiences as well as encouraging behaviour change.
Do you have the flair and drive to shape how we communicate and the ability to work collaboratively with internal clients and external partners, across wide-ranging portfolios and projects to engage, influence, inform and inspire?
As the Communications Team Leader, you will provide effective guidance on all internal and external communications matters and will be responsible for supervising and motivating team members on a daily basis.
With a ‘One Council’ ethos, you’ll encourage all staff to embrace the values of the Council, putting communities at the heart of everything we do.
Ultimately, you should lead by setting a good example and will support the Corporate Communications Manager to engage the team to achieve goals
