Administration Apprentice
36 hours per week
Fixed term – 12 months
Apprenticeships are high quality, work-based training programmes for people who want to develop their prospects and career. The programme provides work-based training to young people and adults who want to learn new skills and gain qualifications while working.
Your main duties will include providing administrative support for the Treasury / Capital Management Team, assist with general office duties including photocopying, filing, answering the telephone, postal and banking duties. To assist in the processing of invoices for payment and the maintenance of Excel spreadsheets, collate information as required, assist in the preparation of financial reports, process journal transfers and assist in the monitoring and ordering of stationary.
The post will be based at Magdalen House, Bootle
Initial Assessments- Tuesday 3rd December 2019
