2 x Development Officers (Active Lifestyles)
The Active Lifestyles Team delivers a number of healthy lifestyle initiatives around physical activity, food (healthy weights) and behaviour change. The team are looking to recruit two highly motivated and dynamic individuals to join their award-winning service.
The Development Officer will be responsible for the delivery of a range of lifestyle services including exercise referral, weight management, NHS Health Checks, Falls Prevention, children’s healthy lifestyle programmes and Fitness suite cover. The post holder will also be responsible for leading on specific developments of the services.
The role involves contact with a wide range of individuals from health professionals to patients, well-developed communication and interpersonal skills are essential elements for both posts.
NB: These posts are registered as exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and in accordance with the police act; any offer of employment will be subject to a satisfactory enhanced criminal record disclosure.
