Principal Social Worker - Children’s Social Care.
Permanent Full Time Post
We are looking for a Principal Social Worker to support frontline practice and drive service improvement through quality assurance, learning and workforce development.
As the Principal Social Worker, you will have a critical role within the senior management team, ensuring feedback from the social work frontline is heard by managers and partners at all levels; implementing the Sefton Workforce Development Strategy; and identifying and developing improvements to social work practice and expertise at all levels.
Leading across Children’s Services, working with social workers, as well as others involved in face to face practice, to identify opportunities to improve the impact of all our work with children and young people and those that care for them.
What we’re looking for:
An experienced social worker registered with the HCPC who can demonstrate through qualifications and experience that they can effectively carry out the duties of the post.
