A key aspect of the role is modelling and coaching school staff, delivering training and support groups, and working closely with parents, young people and other professionals.

This exciting new service very much views autism as a “difference not a deficit”. All staff have a passion for inclusion and a desire to make a difference even when situations are challenging. The role requires someone who is passionate about and has exceptional knowledge and hands on experience of children with autism. They must have a proactive attitude, the ability to use their initiative and be a real team player.
