We are looking for a motivated and experienced regeneration officer. With a primary focus on project development and delivery, you will help to deliver our strategic regeneration programme for Sefton Council. With a particular focus on Sefton’s coast, town centres and other priority regeneration projects, the Council is looking to recruit an experienced regeneration professional who has a mix of project and programme management experience. Sefton’s growth programme forms a key component of Sefton Council’s 2030 Vision and its strategic ambitions and role within Liverpool City Region. As a lead Ambassador and Champion for Public Sector Reform you will thrive on challenge and delivering progress.

You must be able to demonstrate experience of leading and working effectively with a wide range of professions and clients within the regeneration and economic development sector. You will have a track record of delivery having led within a project and programme management environment (PMO) or similar with a demonstrable track record of success. The ability to work within a team and maintain a strategic view whilst converting effort into outcomes is essential.
