About the Role

This is an important role within Sefton Arc, providing day-to-day administrative support to our busy Electrical and Alarms services. You will help ensure the team has the accurate information, records and administrative support it needs to deliver an effective and reliable service to our customers.

Working closely with colleagues, customers, suppliers and external organisations, you’ll undertake a varied workload which includes maintaining customer records, updating systems and spreadsheets, supporting maintenance and service contracts, ordering supplies and assisting with general administrative tasks.

We’re looking for someone who is organised, confident using IT systems and able to communicate effectively with a range of people. You’ll need a keen eye for detail, a customer-focused approach and the ability to work independently when required, while also being a supportive and collaborative member of the wider team.

Provisional interview dates are Thursday, 5th November 2026.
