About the Role

Sefton Children's Services has a strong track record of improvement and innovation and is now entering an exciting period of reform and transformation. National and local developments provide a significant opportunity to redesign services around the needs of children and families, strengthen partnership working and deliver earlier, more effective support.

As a Project Manager within the Transformation Team, you will:

  • Play a key role in delivering nationally significant reform programmes.
  • Work directly with senior leaders, practitioners and partner agencies.
  • Gain experience of strategic programme and portfolio management.
  • Develop your expertise in service transformation and change management.
  • Influence how future services are designed and delivered across Sefton.
  • Contribute to improving outcomes for children, young people and families.
