Night Care Worker - 10 hours per week (equivalent 1 night per week) – Springbrook Residential Home


Introducing ourselves:

Springbrook Residential Home provides disabled children aged 7 – 17 years with overnight short breaks. You will join a dynamic team of support workers in providing support and encouragement to children whilst they are enjoying a short break, promoting their independence, and supporting their independence during bedtime and morning routines.  


Job requirements:

As a ‘Waking Night Care Worker’ you must be flexible, motivated, and committed. You must have a passion for improving the lives of disabled children and their families. Preferably you will hold an NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare or an equivalent qualification, however we can offer this qualification as an apprenticeship for the right candidate. Additional training is available to ensure we are meeting the needs of all children staying at the home.
