Brighter Kinder Futures are seeking two compassionate, skilled, and motivated Domestic Abuse Intervention Workers to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed domestic abuse programmes. This role is central to supporting individuals and families who have experienced domestic abuse, helping them move towards safety, recovery, and long-term wellbeing.
You will work directly with adults and families affected by domestic abuse, delivering structured intervention programmes while building trusting, respectful relationships that recognise the impact of trauma and adversity.
