Sefton Council is seeking passionate and dedicated Personal Advisors to join our Children’s Social Care team within the 16–25 Service. This is a vital role supporting care-experienced young people as they transition to adulthood. You will be part of a dynamic team committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people, helping them achieve positive outcomes and independence.

What we’re looking for:

  • Level 3 qualification related to working with children and young people.
  • Proven ability to build trusting relationships with young people.
  • Knowledge and understanding of children and young people’s development and family dynamics.
  • Ability to work creatively, independently and within ethical boundaries.
