Key Responsibilities: 

  • Build Capacity and Connections: Lead the development of Family Hub/Early Help (0-25 years) capacity, fostering connections and resilience within the community. 
  • Collaborate Across Sectors: Establish and nurture working relationships with children, young people, and families across community, voluntary, and statutory organizations, including schools, training providers, health providers, businesses, and community stakeholders. 
  • Assess and Address Local Needs: Utilize a systematic approach to evaluate local needs and Family Hubs delivery requirements, securing partner commitment to the ongoing development and transformation of Family Hubs. 
  • Volunteer Programme Management: Implement and sustain a volunteer programme across Family Hubs, collaborating with CVS and libraries where volunteer initiatives are already thriving. 
  • Promote Digital Resources: Develop and enhance access to digital resources, including website development, social media channels, and online events.
