Dunes Splash World is recruiting an Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operation at Dunes Splash World in Southport.

We are looking for an individual with a high level of facility management experience and key operational skills to work within this team, who can oversee a large-scale, demanding leisure operation.

The post is critical to the successful operation of this service and requires skilled and highly committed individuals who will be responsible for delivering excellent standards of service to our valued customers. Experience of managing at this level is essential, and the successful candidate will be required to hold a ISRM Pool Plant level accreditation. The post holders will have excellent attention to detail, excellent IT, numeracy and communication skills.

The posts are registered as exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and in accordance with the police act; any offer of employment will be subject to a satisfactory enhanced criminal record disclosure (DBS).
