Sefton Council are offering exciting opportunities for someone who wishes to work at the cutting edge of a dynamic and forward thinking organisation.
The role of a Care Arranger is to support Adult Social Care teams to deliver social care for vulnerable adults. The posts will play an integral part in arranging, negotiating, and brokering services for adults whilst ensuring information from care providers is accurate and up to date.
To support us we are searching for team players, who are highly motivated, flexible in approach, and who are able to use their own initiative to tackle the challenges ahead. The successful applicants will have excellent communication skills in order to provide clear and concise information to social workers, care providers and clients regarding the provision of care.
Candidates will need to demonstrate relevant previous experience, have a good understanding of Social Care, with a ‘can do’ attitude, and excellent I.T. skills in order to account for work undertaken, and an ability to prioritise and organise a high volume workload.
These posts provide a challenging opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a busy and demanding environment. They also offer excellent scope for personal and professional development.

A diverse workforce is important to us, our staff bring with them a wide range of experiences, views, ideas, and innovations, and we are committed to providing an environment that recognises, respects, and values everybody’s identity, where individual differences are strengths and where everyone can thrive and maximise their potential. We are always open to learning and growing as an organisation, and we welcome new ideas and initiatives that promote equality, diversity and inclusion.
We are an Equal Opportunities Employer; all candidates will receive equal treatment. Our decision to appoint will be based upon whether an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, and abilities make them the most suitable candidate for the role.
