An exciting opportunity has arisen for 5 Team Around the School Family Hub workers to be part of Team Around the School. Following a successful 12 month pilot we are looking to expand the model to cover all Schools in Southport. Team around the School is an innovative approach of wrapping multi-agency support around a cluster of schools. You will have experience of Early Help, working independently and innovatively with children, families and partners to address emerging needs. The role is developmental working with our partners in education, SEND and health to deliver early intervention and prevention within schools. You will work with a number of schools within a cluster arrangement and be responsible for working 1:1 and with groups of children and families to address emerging needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with education, SEND and health partners to deliver early intervention and prevention within schools.
  • Effectively record work with children and families, ensuring that timescales and outcomes are met.
  • Develop effective and meaningful relationships across the cluster, with partners, children and families

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experienced worker entrenched in offering Early Help.
  • Proven experience of working collaboratively with schools to improve outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of early intervention
  • Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative and creative approach to partnership working.
