You will be given the time and opportunity to develop your strategic and leadership skills for the future as well as leading a team focused on stability and permanence for children.
Your role will oversee the welfare of vulnerable children and young people, oversee the operational Children With Complex Needs Teams and play an integral part of building the new 0-25 service in Sefton for children and young people with additional or complex needs.
This role is perfect for someone with a track record of working with children with complex needs at a senior level and managing a diverse portfolio of teams who can evidence the positive impact they have had on service delivery and lives of children, young people and families. This role is integral to our continued improvement in Sefton Children’s Services and we hope any candidate shares our drive and determination to build the service our families deserve.
