We are looking for an experienced Locality Hub Manager to lead our Family Hubs, driving continuous improvement and ensuring high-quality early prevention and intervention support. The ideal candidate will have proven experience of leading teams either social work teams or early help teams and delivering improved outcomes for Children, Young People and Families.
Reporting into the Service Manager you will play a key leader role ensuring our hubs respond effectively to challenges and priorities, and service requirements fostering positive change and delivering impactful outcomes of support.
