Operations Assistant

Hours – 20 per week

BAND B SCP 2- £22,366 per annum (Pro rata) + weekend enhancements/shift allowance (Pay Award Pending)                               

Crosby Lakeside is a unique facility located on the beautiful Crosby Coastal Park consisting of a large lake that facilitates several water sport and adventurous activities, a fitness suite, two health & fitness studios, meeting rooms and the recently opened Bunk Barn, a residential accommodation unit. It also houses the newly refurbished Lake House facilities.    

An exciting opportunity has arisen as we are looking for a highly motivated individual who will be dedicated to delivering the highest standards of service to our valued customers.

For the role of Operations Assistant, applicants must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, must be flexible towards working hours and have a keen interest in the Leisure industry. An up to date first aid certificate would be considered an advantage as well as experience of working in a similar role. You will be responsible for the safety of facility users, setting up and maintaining equipment plus a variety of other duties including cleaning and supervising meetings on site. Shift work is an essential part of the posts.
