An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Manager in our Team Around the School. This has been piloted for the past year and is now a permanent role. You will be social work qualified and have experience of managing teams. The role is developmental working with our partners in education and health to deliver early help within schools. You will be responsible for monitoring practice and performance to ensure effective outcomes. To monitor data and timescales to provide reflective supervision. You will also report to the Team Around the School Steering Group and will take a pivotal role in the operation group.
