Transactional HR Officer   

Contract: Temporary to cover maternity leave

An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint a 36-hour temporary Transactional HR Officer.

The role sits in Corporate Personnel, in the Transactional HR, Payroll & Pensions Team based in Magdalen House Bootle.  This role will be office based.

The Council moved to a new HR & Payroll System Spring/Summer 2021 and this role will be key in assisting with processing and ensuring new staff and staff changes are processed accurately and on time. to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. It will also involve handling queries from employees, managers and 3rd parties.

The closing date is Tuesday 30th April 2024

Interview Dates:  Wednesday 15th May and Thursday 16th May 2024 in Magdalen House, Bootle.  

Proposed start date of 1st July 2024 for 9-12 months.
