Building Services - Team Leader (Building Compliance, Home Improvements & FM Services) – Grade L (£50,512 - £51,515)
Sefton MBC, Property & Building Services Department provides a range of services aimed at maintaining and improving corporate buildings and schools for the people and communities of Sefton. We also provide Major adaptation services to Sefton residents with a view to them sustaining independence. In order to meet future challenges across this diverse service area, we are looking to appoint a self-motivated, suitably qualified and experienced Building Services - Team leader to lead our Building Compliance, Home Improvement and FM Services.
We are seeking a proactive and competent Senior Manager who can direct and lead the respective teams in providing a full range of services. A key aspect of this newly created post will be focussed on delivering centralised statutory building compliance services across the corporate property portfolio, whilst at the same time also ensuring existing services and work programmes are maintained. We are looking for a forward-thinking individual who is technically strong and will take responsibility for delivery of these key services to optimise efficiency and effectiveness. You must be able to plan and manage all activities associated with the respective service areas, including all associated work programme and budgets.
