An opportunity has arisen within Sefton Council for a part time cleaner in Hudson, Maghull. To work as part of a team of carrying out various cleaning duties, ensuring all areas of the building and changing rooms are presented to a high standard. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and carry out instructions, is able to pay close attention to detail and will commit to providing outstanding service to our members and customers.
Candidates will be well presented, and previous experience is desirable.
Your role will be to
- To undertake cleaning tasks to a high standard, maintaining our commitment to customers on cleanliness in all areas of the building.
- Carrying out various cleaning duties around the building as directed by the management team.
- To take full responsibility of the cleaning tasks without supervision
- To follow all safety policies and operating documents when cleaning the building.
- Attention to detail.
- Carry out heavy duty and deep cleaning tasks.
- Follow all operating procedures and policies.
- Reporting any maintenance issues or concerns you identify.
- To undertake other duties not specified above which are appropriate to the level and general responsibilities of the post.
- Maintain a professional and courteous approach to all users.
This position requires an enhanced Criminal Records Bureau check.
