Business Support Minute Taker x 2 Permanent Posts

36 hours per week (Monday – Friday)

Applications are invited for the above posts.  This is an exciting opportunity to join Locality Services.

The main duties are to attend relevant child focused meetings and the production of comprehensive minutes in relation to meetings, which may be required by the Court etc...  Given the very nature of the work of the teams, the postholder must be able to deal with highly confidential and extremely sensitive information.

The postholders will also be required to communicate with social works and professionals both face to face and via the telephone regarding such sensitive issues.

The successful candidates will be required to attend meetings both face to face and via Microsoft teams and this entails direct contact with families when attending meetings.  It is therefore essential that the postholder has the ability to cope with these aspects of the role.
