About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to lead the Sefton ARC (Alarm Receiving Centre) Security Service.  The role will work closely with the Assistant Director of Operational In-House Services and be instrumental in shaping and delivering the services.

The successful candidate will;

  • Have significant experience of leading and managing teams at service level;
  • Ideally have knowledge and understanding of local government particularly those related to the service areas; 
  • Work collaboratively with other teams, internal and external stakeholders;
  • Have the ability to coordinate all aspects of frontline services within a performance management framework;

In return we can offer a salary up to £58,766 per annum via incremental progression, up to 32 days annual leave subject to length of service, access to the Local Government Pension Scheme, training and development opportunities and a supportive workplace culture that allows you to develop and grow.
