Introducing Ourselves:
The Active Sefton Team are responsible for delivering a portfolio of numerous Health, Sport and Physical activity programmes working with a wide range of partners and contributing to key council priorities including Health & Wellbeing, Most Vulnerable and Community Resilience.
Job Details:
The Active Sefton Team are looking to recruit a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join their award winning service.
The Development Officer (Nutrition) will be responsible for the development and delivery of existing and new services as part of Active Sefton Team, Sefton’s Obesity Pathway and Sefton’s Living Well Services.
The role involves contact with a wide range of individuals from health professionals, service providers to patients. Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills are essential elements for the post.
NB: These posts are registered as exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and in accordance with the police act; any offer of employment will be subject to a satisfactory enhanced criminal record disclosure.
